Customer: any professional or natural person with legal capacity within the meaning of Articles 1123 et seq. of the Civil Code, or any legal entity, who visits the Website covered by these Termsand Conditions.

7.2 Purpose of the Collected Data

As soon as https://www.perax.com becomes aware of a User’s death and in the absence of instructions from the User, https://www.perax.com undertakes to destroy the User’s data, unless retaining it is necessary for evidentiary purposes or to comply with a legal obligation.
